Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling. If proper notice is given, your deposit will remain on your account and can be applied to a future appointment.

For cancellations, we require 48 hours' notice for all single or multiple appointments. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in the forfeit of your deposit.

Late cancellations and no shows will result in full charge of service after the 24 hour window. We do not wish to charge guests who do not come in to see us! To avoid this fee, please reschedule prior to the 24-hour window before your appointment begins. Repeated late arrivals and/or cancellations may result in a requirement to prepay the full service amount when booking future appointments.

If you are late for your appointment, your service time may be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled appointment. The fee for your services(s) remain the same.

With respect to the safety and experience of all our guests, children are not permitted in the salon or spa unless they are receiving a service. In any other instance, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Arrival
We suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time to check in.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates may be purchased in the salon or online for any dollar amount and are redeemable toward your favorite services and products. If you are interested in suggesting a service experience to a recipient of a gift card, you are welcome to write the suggested service as a message on the card. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable. Gift cards expire one year from purchase date.

Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. We will not sell or offer your information to anyone else.

Refunds and Exchanges
All sales at PV Skincare are final. This includes services, treatment packages, and retail products. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes vary by individual.

Prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. All product sales are final due to hygiene and safety protocols.

By booking a service or making a purchase, you agree to this policy.

Messages or comments on social media are not acceptable methods of booking, cancelling, or rescheduling an appointment.
