Cancellation Policy
At Pleasant View Skincare, our goal is to provide every client with a high quality, personalized experience. To maintain a smooth schedule and ensure we can accommodate all clients, please review and follow our cancellation policy.
Confirmation texts and/or emails will be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment. Clients are required to confirm their appointments, if they plan to be present. If an appointment has not been confirmed via text, phone call, or email Pleasant View Skincare reserves the right to cancel the appointment to prevent no-shows.
A final appointment reminder will be sent 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This reminder serves as a final opportunity to cancel or reschedule your appointment without a fee.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 23 hours of the appointment start time will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service(s).
We truly value your time and appreciate the same consideration in return. Thank you for respecting our policies and helping us maintain availability for all of our clients.
Arrival
We suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time to check in.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates may be purchased in the salon or online for any dollar amount and are redeemable toward your favorite services and products. If you are interested in suggesting a service experience to a recipient of a gift card, you are welcome to write the suggested service as a message on the card. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable. Gift cards expire one year from purchase date.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. We will not sell or offer your information to anyone else.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales at PV Skincare are final. This includes services, treatment packages, and retail products. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes vary by individual.
Prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. All product sales are final due to hygiene and safety protocols.
By booking a service or making a purchase, you agree to this policy.
Appointments can be cancelled/rescheduled by calling or texting (615) 314-7490 or by emailing contact@pleasantviewskincare.com.
Messages or comments on social media are not acceptable methods of booking, cancelling, or rescheduling an appointment.
