cancellation policy
By scheduling an appointment at Pleasant View Skincare guests agree to our cancellation policy. A valid credit card is required to book appointments. We request that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule and the deposit will stay on your account. We accept cancellations 48 hours in advance for all single and multiple appointments.
Late cancellations and no shows will result in full charge of service after the 24 hour window. We do not wish to charge guests who do not come in to see us! To avoid this fee, please reschedule prior to the 24-hour window before your appointment begins.
If you are late for your appointment, your service time may be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled appointment. The fee for your services(s) remain the same.
With respect to the safety and experience of all our guests, children are not permitted in the salon or spa unless they are receiving a service. In any other instance, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Arrival
We suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time to check in.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates may be purchased in the salon or online for any dollar amount and are redeemable toward your favorite services and products. If you are interested in suggesting a service experience to a recipient of a gift card, you are welcome to write the suggested service as a message on the card. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable. Gift cards expire one year from purchase date.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. We will not sell or offer your information to anyone else.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds/exchanges are only given in the form of store credit, for products only (not services). Unfortunately, we cannot accept product returns that have been used, otherwise we will be glad to issue you a store credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase.
Appointments can be cancelled/rescheduled by calling or texting (615) 314-7490 or by emailing contact@pleasantviewskincare.com.
Messages or comments on social media are not acceptable methods of booking, cancelling, or rescheduling an appointment.
